Get Involved: INTERNSHIPS

Internship Opportunities

Friends of Cabin John Creek is looking for talented go-getters who love working for a good cause and learning new skills.  As a FoCJC intern, you will gain valuable hands-on work experience, learn about the challenges and threats facing our watershed and, at the same time, make a difference for the environment.

As a small non-profit organization, we have the ability to be flexible and seek interns who are, too.  We are looking for passionate individuals who are responsible and self-motivated, and can work on a team, and help us in our expanding conservation efforts.

FoCJC's internship program offers on-the-job training in a variety of  watershed management issues and tasks.  Areas of focus may include support for stormwater management, field science projects, environmental education, event planning, volunteer engagement, data management and analysis, and environmental advocacy.
